Sooo Behind!

Wow we are really behind in keeping up with posting! The last few months have gone by so fast, it is crazy!! We have just been hanging out here in Florida, enjoying the warm weather that has been coming our way!! A few weeks ago Greg's mom and sister came out for a visit and we had a blast with them! Since then, Greg has been busy with school, going out with the missionaries, playing tennis, and helping out coaching the Young Men's and Young Women's basketball teams! Brooklyn and I have been staying busy reading, painting, coloring, playing with our friends, and exploring Florida! Plus, I am staying super busy being in Young Womens and I LOVE it sooo much!
Here are a bunch of pictures to wrap up what we have been doing the last few weeks!
One of Brooklyn's classic facesMe and BrooklynOur first attempt at finger painting....Good thing I made "edible" homemade paintI think she got more on herself, than on the paper but we had fun!
Greg and I celebrated our 3rd Year Anniversary on the 16th!Brooklyn has started falling back asleep in the mornings if she gets up too early, which is really nice and it is cute to watch her sleep! This should have been a warning to put locks on the cupboards....Because this happened the next day....Somehow she smuggled the Nesquik past me and got it ALL OVER herself and the carpet! She thought it was really funny...and we did too!Needless to say, the cupboards all have locks on them now! This girl loves shoes! Sunday she found my high-heels and walked all over the house in them! She loves to pose and smile for the cameraThis is one of her favorite things to do: Cover her face up and walk around the house asking "ere'd-i-go?" It is pretty funny! This is one of my all time favorite pictures of Greg and Brooklyn! We also celebrated Greg's 25th birthday yesterday!! He didn't want a cake so I made a fruit pizza!

The last few weeks!

Where has the time gone? Our last post was Christmas, and that was a month ago! Time is seriously flying! We can't believe that January is just about over with! We haven't been up to too much lately, Greg has started back in school and Brooklyn and I just been hanging out and having fun! Here are some pictures from the last few weeks of our lives!

Brooklyn has discovered the comfort of lounging on the couch while watching Winnie the Pooh She seriously didn't move the entire movie!

I am LOVING being a Young Women's leader! It is so much fun and I love the girls that are in our ward! Last Tuesday for mutual we had a Spiritual Spa Night! We had a great lesson about Individual Worth and then did some pampering!

We had chocolate facials!and then sugar scrubs and manicures!
Our finished productsTo cap off the fun we had these scrumptious and way cute cupcakes! I love this dress! My aunt gave it to Brooklyn last year and it finally fit for Christmas this year!Brooklyn Loves peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! She makes a HUGE mess every time she eats one, but as you can tell she loves it!She likes to show off for the camera....Brooklyn and MomBrooklyn and Dad dressed up as Joseph Smith (for a primary activity he helped with.)A couple of weeks ago we went to walk on the beach! It was a tad chilly but Brooklyn was snug as a bug all bundled up!We found this cool jelly fish washed up on the beachWe love the ocean and can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can go and play!We watched Brooklyn's friend Jackson one morning for a couple of hours and she had so much fun reading and playing with him! They always give each other hugs, it is so cute!Brooklyn finally figured out how to climb onto her airplane all by herself! She is so proud of herself and excited when she does it!She still loves smiling for the camera. Her hair is finally getting longer and it is starting to get curly! We love it!

Well that pretty much sums up what has been going on in our life! We are loving the Florida "winter" now that the freezing temperatures have gone! It has been in the high 60's lately and it is great! We missed the snow for like a month, but we are totally over that now that the sun is shining and it feels like spring time! We love it here and love our life!

All of our Christmas cards!

We had such a great Christmas here in Florida! It was fun to have our own little family Christmas, although we did miss our families a lot! Thank you to all of our friends and family for the cards and gifts that you sent to us! The highlight of each day leading up to Christmas was checking the mail to see what Christmas cards had come! We hope that everyone else enjoyed this Christmas season and the birth of Jesus as much as we did!
