October 2014: Part 2- Fall Fun!

I say it every year, but October really is my favorite month! One weekend we went to one of our local pumpkin patches to check it out! They had the cutest little shops set up, the girls loved coloring their Halloween pics!
It didn't take Brooklyn long to pick out her pumpkin.
Bostyn finally picked out one that she could just about carry.
She loved this little pumpkin.
The girls loved feeding apples to the horse there.

I could have spent all day here looking at all of the super cute Halloween and Fall decor!
Uncle Sam, Aunt V, Tanner and Grandma came with us too!
After we paid for our pumpkins we went on a wagon hayride with everyone.

The kids loved it! I felt like we were going to flip over any second!

 My two favorite guys!
 I love this picture!

These goofy boys couldn't resist a silly picture with their momma!
This pumpkin patch even had a little haunted straw maze!
 The kids loved it!
 So did this big kid!
They were super bummed when it was over and time to leave!
All dressed up and ready for church! I sure love them!
This little man turned 6 months old! He loves smiling for the pictures!

Look at those little rolls in his legs, love them!

We are definitely loving having this roly-poly guy around!

Playing Major Catch Up: October 2014 part 1

October brought our traditional "balloon with letters to heaven" tradition that we started the fall after my miscarriage. Around the time the baby would have been due, we get a white balloon, write letters, and send it off to heaven. Kingston was able to be a part of it this time, and we we're so grateful.
The girls were super excited to write their notes and to send it off in the sky. We planned on letting it go, on our way to the swimming pool that night.

I am so glad that started this tradition and that all of our kids will be aware of the sibling they have waiting to meet them again in heaven.

 And off it goes.
Swimming wore Kingston out, and he passed out before we could get him to bed.
Brooklyn was able to walk in the town's parade with her dance class.
She was so stinking excited to be able to walk and to wave to everyone.
Grandma and Papa Baxter drove over to watch Brooklyn, and Bostyn had fun watching the parade with them.
Kingston loved getting all of Grandma's attention.

These pictures are so cute to me!Bostyn sure loves her Papa!

We were lucky enough to snag some free ice cream bars that they were handing out too.
 Kingston was definitely a fan!
Bostyn was pretty excited about her popsicle and distracted by the parade.

Kingston could not get enough of the ice cream. Grandma was spoiling him!
Brooklyn missed the treats, so Bostyn shared with her.
These two are the best of friends!
I seriously cannot believe how grown up this girl is looking.
We spent conference weekend in Baker with Greg's family and of course had our traditional conference baskets! We all look forward to these baskets every conference!
How cute are they!?!
We seriously have the world's cutest kids!
I love being their mom and getting to hang out with them every day!
Brooklyn loves to wear skirts and dresses, and loves to look cute!
She has always loved posing for pictures,
and makes it so easy to get cute pictures of her! I love it!
 Love them!

And this smiley little guy melts us! He is always so happy and so easy going!
He definitely loves swinging away all day long!
