Painting with Pudding!

The other day while Greg was at school, Brooklyn and I decided to get creative and bust out the pudding to do some finger-painting! Brooklyn was sooo excited, she loves to color and draw on everything! We had tons of fun and got a lot of funny pictures along the way! Brooklyn is not a timid little girl so her personality definitely comes through in pictures! I know there are a lot of pictures here, but there were too many to choose from!!

Getting ready to paint!
She gets really serious and likes to concentrate when she colors and paints~
Like I said...her personality always comes through!
Brooklyn definitely enjoyed making a mess!
She was all about her pictures..until she figured out the paint tasted good! This is a girl of many many faces...And when we were about finished, she decided the pudding was hot and needed to blow on it to cool it off!Her "Say Cheese" smile Our finished product..one very messy and sticky little girl!

And for an extra bonus, here are a few videos that I took along the way!

One of Brooklyn's many Boyfriends & First Day of Nursery

Since we have moved to Florida Brooklyn has made sooo many cute little friends that she has to play with and they are all within 6 months of each other! Brooklyn is the only girl her age with 3 other boys!! They are all best friends and have so much fun together!

A week ago we had one of her friends Nicolas and his parents over for dinner! These two get along so well, it is so fun to watch them interact! Brooklyn loves him! She will sit and feed him goldfish crackers in between playing with the toys! After we had eaten dinner we were all talking and all the sudden these two were silent... We all turned around to look at them and they were kissing! After they saw us looking at them they both burst out laughing and smiling like crazy! Then just to get cute pictures...we kept cheering them on! They thought it was hilarious!

Brooklyn also had her very first day of Nursery on the 7th! She did such a good job being a brave girl, and only cried for a couple of minutes! It is crazy to think that our little girl is old enough for Nursery already! Time has really flown by! Here are just a few pics of her after church showing off her first picture she colored in Nursery!

Sooo Behind!

Wow we are really behind in keeping up with posting! The last few months have gone by so fast, it is crazy!! We have just been hanging out here in Florida, enjoying the warm weather that has been coming our way!! A few weeks ago Greg's mom and sister came out for a visit and we had a blast with them! Since then, Greg has been busy with school, going out with the missionaries, playing tennis, and helping out coaching the Young Men's and Young Women's basketball teams! Brooklyn and I have been staying busy reading, painting, coloring, playing with our friends, and exploring Florida! Plus, I am staying super busy being in Young Womens and I LOVE it sooo much!
Here are a bunch of pictures to wrap up what we have been doing the last few weeks!
One of Brooklyn's classic facesMe and BrooklynOur first attempt at finger painting....Good thing I made "edible" homemade paintI think she got more on herself, than on the paper but we had fun!
Greg and I celebrated our 3rd Year Anniversary on the 16th!Brooklyn has started falling back asleep in the mornings if she gets up too early, which is really nice and it is cute to watch her sleep! This should have been a warning to put locks on the cupboards....Because this happened the next day....Somehow she smuggled the Nesquik past me and got it ALL OVER herself and the carpet! She thought it was really funny...and we did too!Needless to say, the cupboards all have locks on them now! This girl loves shoes! Sunday she found my high-heels and walked all over the house in them! She loves to pose and smile for the cameraThis is one of her favorite things to do: Cover her face up and walk around the house asking "ere'd-i-go?" It is pretty funny! This is one of my all time favorite pictures of Greg and Brooklyn! We also celebrated Greg's 25th birthday yesterday!! He didn't want a cake so I made a fruit pizza!
