Disneyland Adventures 2014 -Downtown Disney!

Woooo planning a trip the day after Halloween is a little crazy, but we made it happen! After trick-or-treating, we ran home, showered off, threw the kids in their jammies, packed the car and headed to Boise so that we could catch our flight out the next morning! We got into L.A. late Saturday night and once we ate dinner, we went to the hotel and crashed. The next day we just relaxed and then stocked up on some groceries for the week!
That evening we took a stroll around Downtown Disney and looked through the shops. Brooklyn LOVED this cute Olaf hat!

Despite her facial expressions, she was pretty happy to be there!
Seeing everything just made Brooklyn more excited for the next day!
7 months old and already experiencing his first Disney vacation!
 The Lego sculptures were incredible!
We planned this trip with Sam, V, and Tanner! It was so fun having them there with us!
I was super excited to see that they already had their giant Christmas Tree set up.
 Love these cute kiddos!
Kingston is just so relaxed and easy going, he made traveling so much easier than it could have been.
After walking around for awhile, we decided it was time to head back and get ready for bed! We had a BIG day ahead of us tomorrow!
On the way back we got to see a little bit of the firework show from Magic Kingdom.

We were so excited and couldn't wait for day 1 of our adventure!

October 2014 Part 5- A Big Surprise and Halloween!

A couple of day before Halloween we told the girls that we had a big surprise for them! We sent them on a scavenger hunt around the house to find out what it was.
 Reading the clues!

We sent them all over the house finding new clues.

And they finally found the big surprise!
Once they opened the box, they found lots of little presents they could open...
I was so excited to finally be able to tell them our plans!
Hmmm lots of Disney stuff...what could it be!?!

Kingston needed to take a turn opening his presents too!
 More Disney shirts!
Surprise!! We are heading to Disneyland in 4 days!! They girls were soooo excited when we finally told them! We were leaving the day after Halloween!
Happy Halloween! They looked so cute in their holiday outfits!
I was super excited to help with Brooklyn's class party, we decided to make little mummy juice boxes for her class.

We got to go to Brooklyn's school early to watch their costume parade.

Bostyn was excited to watch Brooklyn come in.
 Here comes Brooklyn's class!
Brooklyn was so excited to wear her Dorothy Costume.
 She looked so stinking cute!!
After the school parade it was time for her class party!
Kingston was pretty excited about this.
While we got the treats ready, Mrs. Huntington kept them entertained.
Bostyn was pretty happy to get a yummy treat.
It is no secret that I LOVE Halloween and I LOVE dressing up! For the past few years we have had  family theme and this year Brooklyn picked The Wizard of Oz for us! I LOVED how it all turned out.

The cutest Tin Man and Baby Scarecrow I have ever seen!
How adorable is this Dorothy and Cowardly Lion???
Of course I am the Wicked Witch of the East! I love these cute kiddos!
This is what no nap, and a little trick-or-treating before our church party looks like. She was so tired!
 Kingston was so darn cute!

Sam, V, and  Tanner came to eat dinner with us too. Tanner was a super cute little monkey!
 Getting ready for the Trunk-or-Treat!
This was Bostyn's first year that she was really big enough to do this on her own. They loved every second of it!
Greg had so much fun taking Kingston around for his first Halloween!
Brooklyn, Bostyn, and their friend Gazae had so much fun running around together.
I love this cute family of mine!
After the Trunk-or-Treat we went to a few neighborhoods, then ran home to finish up packing for our big trip to California the next day!! Wow, October was a whirlwind and so packed full of amazing experiences!
