Spring Break!

So spring break was a few weeks ago, but I really wanted to show what all we did! It was so nice to have a few days off to spend with Greg school free, but it was short lived, since even during the breaks, the studying never stops!

One of the greatest things that we got to do was take our good friend Mike to the Orlando Temple for the first time! It was so fun and exciting to experience this with Mike and some of our favorite missionaries The Kellets

Mike didn't stop smiling the whole day

Then a few days later we packed up the car and headed to Orlando again, this time for Disney World! It never gets old!
Brooklyn's dreams came true as soon as we walked in. She FINALLY got to meet her favorite princess Snow White! Brooklyn was all smiles and tried so hard to wait her turn the whole time yelling "Hi Snow White! Hi!"

It was pretty packed since it was spring break, so we spent a lot of time waiting in lines
Brooklyn and Greg getting ready to go in Buzz Lightyear!
She even got to dance with Chip and Dale
Out of all the rides, Cinderella's Carousel is still her favorite!
Going into the Haunted Mansion!
This big guy from the Country Bears reminds me of my Grandpa every single time! I love it.

Brooklyn adores Dopey. He is her favorite dwarf! While we were in line, someone said that he was going to leave and a different character would take his place. So while we were waiting for the next batch of characters to replace him...we kind of cheated and got this picture. I stood really close to the rope and tried to pose while Greg yelled "Hey Dopey!" and snapped the picture. Pretty lucky!

But even though she didn't get to hug Dopey, she was just as excited to hug Baloo!

and we got a picture with Rafiki from Lion King

Dad and Brooklyn on Pirates of the Caribbean!

Fireworks are always a must and every time she sees them Brooklyn says "Wow! Awesome!"

We didn't stay till 1a.m. but pretty close to it, and Brooklyn was exhausted.

The next day we went to Animal Kingdom!

Brooklyn loves Winnie the Pooh and especially Pooh and Eeyore..so when we turned the corner and she saw Eeyore standing there all alone she started yelling and ran to him! She was so excited to take a picture with him!

Brooklyn was too short for most of the rides at Animal Kingdom, but she LOVED the Triceratops Spin ride...we rode it like 3 times in a row.

She insisted on posing by the dino sign

This carved tree at Animal Kingdom was pretty awesome. Inside we got to watch the It's tough to be a bug movie. It was pretty fun!

She even got a picture with Terk from Tarzan

Since most of the rides there were for bigger kids, we headed back to Magic Kingdom to finish the trip. This was pretty much her expression the whole time...

It was so hot that we had to take an ice cream break during the parade
Outside of one of Brooklyn's favorite rides, Winnie the Pooh

We even got to see the electrical parade before we left!

Pete and his dragon friend

We LOVE Disney World! and to finish off our break we celebreated St. Patricks Day with a little bit of Green Eggs and Ham.This was one of the best spring breaks we have had together! It was a blast!
