Grandma Baxter's Visit!

A couple of weeks ago Grandma Baxter came to visit us in Florida! We had tons of fun and kept busy doing so many awesome things! We always love it when Grandma comes to visit us! Here are a bunch of pictures to show what we were up to!

The second night she was here, we spotted this little guy outside our building.
We took a quick trip to the beach, but it got cut short when the storm started rolling in

Of course no trip to Florida is complete without a couple of days at Disney World! Brooklyn counted down for weeks until it was time for Grandma to come and go to Disney World

Since this would be our last trip for a while we had a list of people we had to see. Topping that list of course, were the Disney Princesses!

Sleeping Beauty
Belle

and Brooklyn's favorite, Cinderella! She talked to her for a few minutes, mostly about her dress and earrings.
Grandma and Brooklyn with the castle
Waiting in line for one of Brooklyn's favorite rides, Snow White.
She was sooo excited to start the ride
Of course we had to stop and watch the Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade. She was pretty excited when she saw the first float coming down the street!

Giving Captain Hook a high five!

After the parade we finally got to meet Goofy! She loves him!

Grandma and Brooklyn waiting for our favorite show: Mickey's Philarmargic Symphony
Brooklyn was pretty excited to drive the cars, but by the end it was a little too loud for her!
On day 2 of our visit we finally met Mickey and Minnie Mouse! Brooklyn had so much fun giving them hugs and kisses
Finally after waiting in line for an hour, another dream came true for Brooklyn! She finally got to meet Ariel and Prince Eric.
The first thing Brooklyn said when she got to them was "Ariel, where's Flounder? Where's Sebastian?" It was adorable.
They sat and talked with her for about 5 minutes, it was awesome and she loved it!

Brooklyn and dad saying "CHEESE" waiting in line for Pirates of the Caribbean
a quick family pic!
After walking all day in the hot sun, Grandma treated us to the famous hot fudge sundaes. They are amazing!
Brooklyn loved her Mickey Mouse cone
A few of our favorite characters
Another favorite ride, Buzz Lightyear! My final score at the end was 999,999,999 not even kidding! (Greg is still in denial, but I have witnesses)
Hands-down Brooklyn's favorite ride, Cinderella's Carousel. I don't even know how many times we rode on it.
She loves these glasses and the 3D show
Winnie the Pooh!
Waiting on Aladdin's Magic Carpet
No trip to Disney World is complete without watching their amazing firework show
It looks so magical! You can't help but love Disney!
After our Disney World vacation, we took a trip to the zoo!
Brooklyn named this big guy Leo the Lion after one of her favorite songs.
We all loved the Giraffes
Brooklyn was pretty excited to see the black jaguar out! She kept yelling "Hi Jungle Book!"
It's hard to see, but the otter next to her kept swimming down trying to grab at her sparkly pink flip flops. Brooklyn thought it was pretty funny.
It was such a hot day, we took a break at the splash park

What is Florida without Alligators?
Brooklyn was pretty creeped out by this snake

Before Grandma left for Oregon, we took one more trip to walk on the beach
We told Brooklyn to just get her feet wet, but the ocean is just too tempting!
She loves her Grandma!
Our cute little family
We love living so close to the ocean!
We had such a great time spending time with Grandma! We are always so sad when it is time for her to go home! Thanks for visiting us!
