We ended up celebrating Bostyn's 2nd birthday in Baker again this year. Our new nephew was going to be blessed that Sunday, so we made the trip up to celebrate with everyone!
Bostyn loves The Little Mermaid, and was set on having a "Blue Ariel Party".
And of course an Ariel cake. I loved making this doll cake, and Bostyn REALLY loved it!
Before the party we went to El Erradero for the traditional birthday dinner! Bostyn was full of smiles until they put this cute sombrero on her and started singing to her.
She definitely wasn't too excited by it.
After dinner it was party time! Bostyn was so excited.
She loved her cake!
I can't believe how fast these two years went by.
Love my family!
Before cake and ice cream, it was present time.
I love her little face when she opened her new baby dolls. She carries baby Belle and baby Ariel around with her all day long, and sleeps with them every night. It is adorable.
Opening nail polish and lip-gloss from Aunt Courtney.
Pattie brought her a cute Minnie Mouse toy.
She loves the princess jammies from Uncle Zack and Aunt Nicole.
Grandma and Papa Baxter got her a cute Ariel blanket and cupcake apron.
She loved the new Ariel toy from Grandma Merritt.
It was so hard trying to decide what to get her for her birthday. We have so many girl toys already, but when we saw this Disney Princess Stable we knew it would be perfect. Both girls love playing with it!
Time to sing Happy Birthday!
She wasn't sure about blowing out the candle though.
Gotta love those little cheeks and lips!
She couldn't help but steal a few licks of frosting.
Love this girl!
We had such a fun little party with everyone there.
Can't believe she is 2 now!
The girl's Christmas dresses got delayed in the mail so we didn't have them in time for Christmas, so they finally got to wear them to church in Baker.
They looked adorable! I love it when they match each other.
