The Rest of July

I know, I am blogging about July 2014 in May 2015...I am determined to get this all caught up before the end of the month! Time has been going by way to fast!

This little cutie was 3.5 months old and getting so chubby!
He is always so happy and smiley, unless he is hungry or tired..then he gets a little cranky!
July brought on soccer season! Brooklyn was a little hesitant to play this time around, after she had played in Joseph and got a little intimidated by all of the big kids. La Grande did it a lot different, and divided the kids by ages and only played 3 at a time. She loved it! Plus Greg got to coach her team!

I loved watching Greg coach and interact with the kids, he is a natural!
She had so much fun!
And I managed to get a picture of her about to score!

Nicole and Tallin were still visiting, so they came up with Grandma and Papa Baxter, and Sam, V, and Tanner to watch Brooklyn's first game. Bostyn and Tallin just walked around the fields together.
They were such cute little friends.
It was so fun watching Brooklyn improve a little bit more every game.
I am so glad that she was able to just have fun with it this time around.

It was a super hot summer, so Karen, Nicole, Veronica, and I decided to take the kids to take the kiddos to the Pendelton water park to go swimming! Kingston was a party animal and pretty much slept the whole time.  Just like he used to do in the bathtub.

The girls both LOVE coming to this pool, they could, and did, play for hours!
The little boys were content just hanging out in the sun.
The was Bostyn's first time being big enough to really run around and enjoy all of the little slides and sprayers. She had a blast!
Tanner let Kingston relax in his new floatie. It was such a fun day, and by the end the kids were all exhausted...everyone except Kingston that is.
We had never had a Bumbo seat before, but this kid loved to sit up so much we decided to get him one! His fat little thighs barely fit in the leg holes!

That chubby little smile melts me every time!

Look at those cheeks! Can you tell he eats about every hour or so!?!

Like I said, he is all smiles until he gets hungry.

There is nothing better than a clean baby in their p.j.'s ready for bed.
I just love this boy!
These girls sure love their brother! First thing in the morning they just want to hold him and play with him.
At 4 months we gave him some rice cereal!
He didn't act very excited about it.
But after a few test runs, we finally figured out the texture he preferred, and he was an eating machine!
Uncle DeeJay and Aunt Shelbie got him these funny prisoner jammies.
In Joseph we loved living by Wallowa lake and being able to swim around, so we decided to test out Morgan Lake one weekend. It definitely was not warm enough to swim!
The girls loved it, even though it was freezing cold.
Kingston and I stayed warm and dry on the bank.

This was about as far out as they went, but the girls sure loved it!
Still smiling through the shivers!
For my birthday I cut my hair off and highlighted it! I love babies at bath time!
And I just love this picture of Bostyn. Her blonde hair, cute little hands and big blue eyes are so adorable.
 Messy face and all!
