This picture is from when Greg and I first bought the game Risk. Greg LOVES this game and i had never played it. This picture is from the one of the first times we played and i totally kicked greg's butt!!! Not only did i win once or twice but i think I beat him at least 8 times or more in a row!! We played Risk 22 times in 2 days...by then i was sick of it big time!!! So any of you risk lovers out there if you want to play just give greg a call!!!!

October Fun!

First i just want to say that i LOVE the fall season and i LOVE halloween!! This last week we were able to carve pumpkins with some friends from our ward, and it was tons of fun! We carved a pirate skull on ours and painted a little baby pumpkin for Brooklyn. On Friday we had our ward halloween party! It was so much fun seeing all the cute kids and people in our ward dressed up and playing the games. Greg dressed up as Lebron James, I was Twister, and little Brooklyn was probably the cutest cow you've ever seen (dont mind the puke, but she was smiling really big!) We were one of four families that had the best costumes and were able to throw pies at our bishopric (minus trent plus troy), it was super fun and worth feeling completely retarded!
Another fun thing we did this weekend was go to Star Valley so we could get a 5 generation picture with Brookyln, her grandma, great grandma, and great great grandma. A lot of people probably have 5 generation pictures, but the cool thing about us, is that we are all first born girls! Not only are we just 5 generations, but after going through family records, Brooklyn is actually the 8th or 9th first born girl in our family line, so thats pretty cool!!!
And finally, some more good news..Greg finally got his LSAT scores back and he scored a 151 with a 49% (meaning his score is right in the middle of everyone that took it) which is a good solid score! So we are looking at law schools in North Caronlina, West Virginia, Mississppi, Arkansas, Texas, Wyoming and Idaho. I am way excited for Greg, he studied so hard and long for this test! I am really proud of him!!

Blessing Day!

This weekend we were able to bless Brooklyn! Greg did such a great job and gave her such a beautiful blessing! Both sides of our families were able to come up and spend the weekend with us! It was a lot of fun having them here! After church my dad was able to take some family pictures of us and some of Brooklyn, and i think they turned out great, even though Brookyln was in more of a serious than smiley mood! She looked soooo adorable in her little white dress! Here are just a few of the pics that my dad has sent us so far.

Craziness!!!

So wednesday soon after i had made my last post i was playing with Brooklyn on the floor and had her laying on her belly, and the next thing you know she rolled over onto her back! I couldn't believe it!! She was 1 day away from being 5wks old and already rolling over!!! Luckily Greg was right there too so he got to see her do it! I still can't believe some of things she is doing at such a young age! She hardly sleeps all day long, she has been smiling since she was 2 weeks old, she pretty much sleeps through the night, and now she is rolling over!! She is growing up so fast! I really hope that not everything happens this fast!!! I want her to stay small and cuddly as long as possible!

Better late than never!!

It has been forever since we have posted! Brooklyn is now 5 wks old and is growing up so fast!! She has been such a good baby and we love her to death!!! She almost sleeps through the night, she goes on 5-6 hours stretches before she wakes up and has been doing it since she was 2 1/2 weeks old, its great!! We decided to try a little photo shoot this week at home to ger her while she is still small, and I think they turned out pretty good. Brooklyn smiles all the time and is starting her little baby coos and noises; we are having fun watching and listening to her. Here are just some pics from the last month!
